At Palma we push the boundaries of what dinner can be with a spirited tasting menu that’s ever evolving. Here, a dining experience is thoughtful and warm, welcoming friends, lovers of food and bon vivants to share an appreciation for cuisine, wine and music.

Palma’s founder and Chef, Juan Camilo Liscano has traveled the world in search of the most stimulating and delicious flavors.

With a career at “World’s 50 Best” and Michelin starred restaurants across the United States and Europe, he has come back to his hometown of Miami to create a space driven by the powerful ways in which dining can excite, satisfy and inspire.

From our palms, to yours.

There’s a moment just before dusk when Miami stands still— rush hour.

Everyone always has somewhere to be. But, for a moment in time, some sit bumper to bumper, while others linger around passing time.

If you’ve ever chosen to linger, sipping cortado at a ventanita, browsing records for a budding hobby, or basking in the warm sand under swaying palm trees, you’ll know it’s moments like these that rekindle love for the Magic City.

That’s what happened to us.

As thrilling as exploring the world beyond may be, there’s a warmth like no other that keeps a local coming back. Perhaps it’s the patchwork of chaos, the endless sunshine, or the energy of its people that’s incomparable.

We’ve stopped trying to pinpoint the exact essence; rather, we’ve come to the conclusion that Miami is meant to be felt, to be tasted, more than judged or understood.

Palma is a new ode to this city, and to you.
